National Roofing, a roofing and waterproofing contractor headquarted in Albuquerque, New Mexico, has shown the company’s care for the community by donating $50,000 to Casa Esperanza, a nonprofit organization that provides a home for families who are dealing with cancer treatment and other serious medical needs. Albuquerque experienced a hailstorm that left severe damage to the Casa Esperanza facility. The linen was destroyed, the carpet was ruined, and the walls were saturated with water. Many families were families displaced from the storm, and National Roofing wanted to help out the nonprofit in the best way they could.
It was an emotional moment when Lori Gunnare, National Roofing’s business development officer, presented Casa Esperanza with the donation during National Roofing’s holiday employee appreciation event. National Roofing worked closely with strategic partner Ridgeline Supply to further Casa Esperanza’s efforts to house families who are referred to Albuquerque for assistance, regardless of their financial situation.
