Cotney Attorneys and Consultants is pleased to announce that Keven Yarbrough has joined Cotney’s team as a safety consultant, where he will help clients with safety training and OSHA defense. Yarbrough began his career with the United States Department of Labor working as an OSHA field compliance officer for the construction industry. He spent 23 years with OSHA and has been recognized for his work through three Secretary of Labor Exceptional Achievement Awards. Additionally, Yarbrough is currently an OSHA authorized outreach training for construction and general industry. He is registered with the OSHA Training Institute and Education Center in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

Cotney Attorneys and Consultants is pleased to announce that Ted Nickelson has joined the Cotney Consulting Team as a sales coach for independent manufacturers reps and for roofing and building material manufacturers. As Cotney’s sales coach, Nickelson will advise and coach independent manufacturers reps and building material manufacturers who sell through independent representatives on building a loyal and effective contractor network.
Nickelson has been in sales in the roofing industry for 44 years. He started his career after graduating from college as a building material and roofing sales rep working for a national building material manufacturer. Nickelson has extensive experience in sales management and contractor/distributor sales and strongly believes in building relationships with a network of contractors by becoming a sales growth resource for contractors.
