FlashCo® announced the hiring of Oscar Castaneda for the position of Sales Representative for the Southwest-South Region. Castaneda joins FlashCo with over 17 years of experience in sales, account management, and program management in a variety of industries. Most recently, Castaneda was an Outside Sales Representative for Foundation Building Materials located in San Bernadino, California.
“Castaneda joins FlashCo with a really strong background in sales,” said Rick Morrow, FlashCo Western Regional Sales Manager. “His experience developing business relationships with a wide range of customers will be a tremendous asset in this territory. He is sure to be a customer favorite with his affable personality and focus on customer satisfaction.”
Castaneda has spent his career in Southern California in variety of sales and sales management roles. He has had success using his strong product knowledge, timely responsiveness, and relationship building skills. FlashCo additionally announced the hiring of Tanner Swayne for the position of Sales Representative for the Central-South Region. Swayne joins FlashCo with over nine years of sales experience in the roofing industry. Most recently, Swayne was the Territory Manager for Mid-Atlantic Roofing Supply’s, Houston, Texas branch.

His friendly personality and industry experience will be a big asset for FlashCo.”
Swayne began his career in the roofing industry as a Sales Manager for Blue Sky Roofing and continued to expand his industry knowledge by working as an Outside Sales Representative for RSI roofing and then as a Territory manager for Mid-Atlantic Roofing Supply. Since starting his career in roofing, he has consistently delivered increased sales for his companies.
