Division Sales Manager
PABCO® Roofing Products has announced the appointment of Eric Johnston as the company’s new Division Sales Manager. Johnston brings more than 25 years of experience in the roofing and building materials industry, including 17 years with Owens Corning® as a Regional Manager and most recently with QXO as a Regional Strategic Accounts Manager.
Based in the Greater Portland Area, Johnston will focus on driving alignment, accountability, and contractor engagement through strong channel activity with PABCO’s Territory Managers and distribution partners.
In tandem with this appointment, Gerry Kilian transitions into the role of Sales Operations Manager, responsible for strengthening distribution relationships, enhancing marketing alignment, and overseeing warranty and claims processes. Together, Johnston and Kilian’s leadership will help PABCO Roofing Products continue to build on its legacy of delivering remarkable products through exceptional people.
