National Women in Roofing (NWIR) is hosting the second annual NWIR Day on Saturday, February 9, 2019. Be among professional, like-minded, good-spirited women from all facets of the roofing industry and experience insight, inspiration, and fun. There will be plenty of time for discussion with colleagues and opportunities to grow professional networks and meet new peers. Fun wellness activities will take place in the morning and the program will formally begin at noon, followed by a lighthearted evening activity.
Jesse Itzler will present the keynote address on February 11, 2019. Itzler is an entrepreneur, author, and a creative mind. He co-founded the largest private jet card company, Marquis Jet, and engineered the coconut water craze by partnering with ZICO®, which then sold to Coca-Cola®. He is also an owner of the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks. Itzler taps into each of his experiences to propel himself forward to new levels of normal and encourage those around him to do the same. Attendees will learn how to get comfortable being uncomfortable, and how to fight off complacency and tap into a reserve tank to dig deeper and go further than thought possible.
